- Comprehensive Assessment
Before we start a migration project we provide a free comprehensive assessment of your situation. During this assessment we gather information about your current system, the new system, and exactly what you are trying to accomplish. This initial assessment gives us the information we need to offer the right approach and price to best fit your needs. If we are not the right fit for your needs we will let you know, even though it means not winning your business.
We believe in setting the right expectations with our customers from the beginning and work hard to deliver on those expectations. We are not in the business of creating unhappy customers, no matter what it costs us.

We take HIPAA-compliance seriously. We always start with a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before touching patient data. All of our computers have full disk encryption, malware, and antivirus software. We use email encryption when required and all data is encrypted at rest and while in transit. Lastly, we have all the necessary policies and procedures in place and our employees are trained annually on handling Protected Health Information (PHI) appropriately.
- No Overseas Resources Ever
For data migration work we never use overseas resources. We make sure your valuable patient information remains fully protected and in the U.S. at all times.
- Data Used For Migration Only
All data we collect for your extraction or migration is solely used for the purposes of migration only. We never use your valuable patient data for anything other than the services we outline in our Statement of Work. We keep the data for 1 year after completion to honor our 1 year guarantee and then we purge all data. We can also provide copies of the data to you at no additional charge for your records if requested.
